Shipping Policy
Most of our products are custom made-to-order and are processed individually once an order has been placed.
Many factors determine delivery times, including destination, time of year, product type, and printing facility location. Below is a general guideline for most products:
Estimated Shipping Times
- U.S. Domestic: Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to print and ship, with delivery taking 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
- International: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays). The average transit time is about 3 weeks.
Shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Peak Season Production Delays
During peak times (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.), processing times may extend to 7 to 12 business days for certain products.
Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Tracking is available for most countries, but in some cases (such as remote regions or certain international locations), tracking updates may be limited or unavailable after the package leaves the U.S.
Multi-Item Orders May Arrive Separately

If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a coffee mug and a t-shirt), your items may arrive in separate packages and may have different tracking numbers.
Shipping Costs
We ship both domestically and internationally using standard shipping methods. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- FREE shipping is available for U.S. orders only.
- International shipping rates vary based on destination and package size.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by customers.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please check with your local postal service or carrier.
Peak Shipping Delays (Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.)
- During peak shipping times, such as Mother’s Day or Christmas, many packages take longer to be delivered and can sometimes appear stuck without movement for several days.
- This often happens with standard shipping services, like UPS Mail Innovations or DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct, when they transfer a package to USPS, and it takes USPS several days to process and deliver the package.
- Additionally, during these peak periods, many carriers stop scanning packages, so a package may appear stuck, even though it is still moving through the system.
In almost all cases, the package will eventually be delivered. We ask for your patience during this time as there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.
When is a package considered lost?
- If a package has not moved for 10 business days (U.S. orders) or 15 business days (International orders), it will be considered lost in transit, and a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost.
What to do if your package seems delayed?
- If your tracking shows delayed movement, please wait the recommended time frame before contacting us.
- If your package still has not moved after 10 business days (U.S.) or 15 business days (International), please reach out to us at contact@covetedgoods.com, and we will assist you.
International Taxes & Duties
Depending on your delivery location and order size, you may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Any import or duty fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to the appropriate agency.
Coveted Goods has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any customs delays.
