How can I contact you?

You can contact us at contact@covetedgoods.com with any questions, suggestions, or issues you may have. We typically respond within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday). Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will do what we can to make things right.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are custom made-to-order and are sent to production once an order has been placed.

  • For U.S. Orders: Please allow 2-5 business days to print and ship out and 3-5 business days in transit to arrive.
  • For International Orders: Please allow 2-5 business days to print and ship out and 2-6 weeks for transit. Most items arrive within 3 weeks, but shipping times can vary depending on customs and destination.

How can I track my order?

Once an item has been shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information.

  • Tracking is available for most countries, but in some cases (such as remote regions or certain international destinations), tracking updates may be limited or unavailable after the package leaves the U.S.

Where are all the items I ordered? I didn't receive everything.

We work with multiple production facilities, so if you ordered different types of products (e.g., a coffee mug and a t-shirt), they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

If several days have passed without receiving the rest of your items, please allow more time. If you are concerned about your order status, feel free to contact us.

How do I cancel or make a change to an order?

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@covetedgoods.com.

  • If your order has not entered production, we may be able to cancel or edit it.
  • Once an order is in production, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

To ensure customers receive their items as quick as possible, we have automated systems in place. Therefore, it is critical to contact us as soon possible for any change. 

I got the wrong item. How can I get my correct order?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at contact@covetedgoods.com with: 

  • clear picture of the item you received showing the issue. If possible include the packing slip as well. 
  • Your order number.

We will review your order for accuracy, and if it was a mistake on our end, we will send out the correct item at no cost to you.

Please note: We do not offer replacements for user errors (incorrect selection of sizes, colors, designs, etc.).

I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@covetedgoods.com with a clear photo of the issue.

We will send out a replacement free of charge after reviewing your request.

Is it possible to exchange for a different size?

Since all items are made-to-order, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes.

However, we understand that mistakes happen! If you'd like to repurchase the correct size, we’d be happy to offer a discount to help. Please contact us for a discount code.

Can you make personalized items?

Yes! If there's something you don’t see but would like, please contact us, and we will see if we can create it for you.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. 

What is your refund policy?

Because our products are made-to-order, it is not our normal policy to issue refunds. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
