Return Policy
Please note that most of our products are custom made-to-order items. We do not hold inventory or stock for most items—each item is produced once an order has been placed.
Order Carefully Before Checkout
It is very important that you read the product description and order carefully.
- Confirm the correct size and color of the item from the drop-down menus on the product page.
- Each clothing item has a size guide chart on the product page for reference.
Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of a product defect or production error. Please double-check your selections before placing an order.
Corrections to Orders
If you need to make a correction to an order (e.g., change color, size, order quantity), please contact us immediately at contact@covetedgoods.com.
- If your order has not entered production, we may be able to accommodate the change.
- Once production has started, we cannot make any modifications.
Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting your purchase.
Product Issues & Replacements
If there is a product issue from our end (e.g., defects, misprints, wrong product, or item arrived damaged), please contact us at contact@covetedgoods.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
Timeframe for Replacement Requests:
- U.S. customers: Up to 30 days from the order date
- International customers: Up to 60 days from the order date
We do not offer replacements or refunds for user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, colors, or designs.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@covetedgoods.com.
- Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds as our products are made-to-order. However, in rare cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., discontinued product, out-of-stock materials, excessive damage in transit), we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. We will evaluate each case and try to find a solution that works for both of us.
